Skin Education International

Inside Industry partnered with Lia Trebilcock, founder of Skin Education International, on a six-month consulting project to elevate the brand’s positioning, build a scalable digital ecosystem, and expand visibility within the advanced skin education space. Our engagement began with defining the relationship between Lia’s personal brand and her professional entity, bringing clarity to her market positioning and helping her show up with consistency across platforms and channels.

A major part of the project was a full visual and tonal rebrand. We evolved Lia’s original Canva-based assets into a distinctive and recognisable industry brand—introducing new colour palettes, layered textures, and sophisticated imagery that aligned with the professionalism of her education. In parallel, we developed the SEI tone of voice, designed to capture both Lia’s grounded, approachable personality and her authority as a clinical educator. The result was a brand that feels human, trusted, and distinctly ‘her’.

To support course sales and student acquisition, we built lead-generating digital downloads, automated nurture sequences, and conversion-led landing pages that reflected the new visual and verbal identity. We also provided end-to-end support on a two-phase website migration to Kajabi, helping SEI establish a scalable digital ecosystem for delivering courses and engaging its growing audience.

We supported Lia in launching two major events—the Corneotherapy and Advanced Skin Needling conferences—delivering core messaging, event structure, and communication tools that helped translate her educational vision into industry-shaping gatherings. Across the engagement, our strategic direction gave Lia a stronger, more scalable business foundation, increased industry authority, and a brand identity that feels equal parts intelligent and inspiring.
