CONTENT CREATOR
We need someone who can walk into a salon, see the story, and bring it to life.
You'll be heading into our clients' businesses and their stockist salons to create content that actually works—long-form and short-form, ready for their social media manager to run with.
What you'll do:
- Take our brief and turn it into scroll-stopping content
- Travel to client locations (mostly Sydney and Melbourne, some QLD)
- Shoot and edit on the ground—fast, strategic, professional
- Deliver content that connects with the beauty and aesthetics audience
What you'll need:
- Your own gear and editing setup
- A solid understanding of social content (what works, what doesn't)
- Willingness to travel by car and interstate when required
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne (preferred)
- An eye for the beauty industry—you get the aesthetic, the vibe, the standards
This isn't a 9-5. It's project-based, dynamic, and made for someone who loves being on the ground creating.
SOCIAL MEDIA CO-ORDINATOR
This one's not for the faint-hearted.
You'll be managing multiple B2B accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn—day in, day out. We're talking 10+ brands at a time. All in the beauty and aesthetics space.
What you'll do:
- Handle the day-to-day: posting, scheduling, captions, community management
- Review analytics and performance (and actually know what to do with the data)
- Communicate directly with clients—keeping them informed, confident, and happy
- Work alongside our social media strategist who'll lead the strategy (you bring it to life)
- Stay across multiple brand voices, timelines, and content calendars without dropping the ball
What you'll need:
- Experience managing multiple accounts (preferably B2B)
- Strong organisational skills—this role moves fast
- Confidence communicating with clients
- A solid understanding of platform trends and performance metrics - Familiarity with the beauty and aesthetics industry is a huge plus
You'll need to be calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and genuinely good with people.
