We Built the Event the Industry Said It Wanted. Here's What Actually Happened.
We sold 150 tickets to the Inside Industry Showcase. 60 people came. Sixteen brands had invested. The room was ready. And I left that event with more questions than I arrived with. So why didn't it work — when an event like this has been wanted, no demanded, for so long? Was it the free tickets? The location? The day of the week? Or is the bigger question this: does anyone actually go to an expo in 2026 to find new brands to stock?
