Our collaboration encompassed course development and curriculum design, ensuring that the educational content was broken into well-structured modules with clear learning objectives, interactive elements, and practical assessment tools. We provided guidance on content and resource direction, shaping instructional materials, video lectures, and supporting assets like worksheets and checklists to enhance participant engagement and reinforce learning outcomes.

Additionally, Inside Industry advised on the selection and integration of an optimal learning management system (LMS) to ensure a seamless course delivery experience, incorporating enrolment management, payment processing, and mobile accessibility features. A robust quality assurance process was implemented to test platform functionality and user experience before launch. Beyond development, we created a strategic 12-week pre-launch marketing plan, incorporating owned, earned, and paid media strategies to drive awareness, build a waitlist, and generate course sign-ups. Post-launch, we provided ongoing consulting support, helping Dr Lavery refine her program based on participant feedback, industry trends, and future growth opportunities.
