Inside Industry partnered with DermalCode during a pivotal shift in their business — evolving from a consumer-facing retail brand into a confident, credible B2B player for the professional beauty industry. This project was both strategic and deeply practical, spanning brand positioning, messaging, education, content, media, and commercial support.

Our first focus was clarifying DermalCode’s new B2B identity. We rebuilt their positioning to speak directly to therapists, clinics, and treatment-led businesses, reshaping their tone of voice, value narrative, and communication style to reflect the professionalism and sophistication of the industry they now serve. This foundation informed new messaging across all touchpoints, from product education to email marketing, PR angles, content direction, and the storytelling needed to build trust with stockists.

A major part of the project centred around the Ultrasonic Ionic Device. We reframed the device’s value story through a clinic-first lens, connecting its technologies — ultrasonic, microcurrent, iontophoresis and sonophoresis — to real treatment outcomes and commercial uplift inside a treatment room. We then created a comprehensive “How to Use the Ionic Device” guide as a hero lead magnet, giving therapists a clear, confidence-building pathway to integrate the device without adding treatment time. To support conversions, we developed the landing page copy and the wider campaign messaging around it.

Beyond the device, we helped accelerate the relaunch of DermalCode’s Sculpt & Glow Balm, including a back-bar-focused pre-sale campaign designed to help clinics prepare for peak season with the new 400g professional size. We also produced a creative brief for their designer to deliver cohesive webinar assets across social, events, and digital channels.

Across content, education, PR, and commercial storytelling, Inside Industry helped DermalCode step into the professional space with clarity and authority. The result is a strengthened brand identity, a more commercially aligned product suite, and a fully supported B2B ecosystem that positions DermalCode for long-term growth in the clinic channel.
