Prologic engaged Inside Industry to build the foundational systems required to streamline sales operations, improve team visibility, and support long-term scalability. At the time, the team was managing fragmented customer data and manual sales workflows across disconnected tools. Our goal was to consolidate and automate these processes through the implementation of HubSpot and internal platforms.
What We Delivered:
HubSpot CRM Implementation
Set up and configured a custom HubSpot CRM instance designed for Prologic’s B2B sales team, including Salesforce integration, contact management, and tailored sales pipelines.
Sales Process Optimisation
Collaborated with internal stakeholders to map and automate the existing BDM workflow, removing manual admin and introducing efficient follow-up, task management, and account tracking systems.
Custom Dashboards & Reporting
Built BDM-specific dashboards with live reporting on orders, leads, and customer engagement, giving the team real-time visibility across their territory and pipeline.
Prologic Intranet Build
Created a branded internal portal for document management, onboarding resources, and internal communications to support team efficiency and autonomy.
Team Training & Handover
Delivered live training sessions and documentation to onboard the Prologic team and equip them to confidently manage and evolve their platform moving forward.
Outcome:
Prologic now operates with a centralised CRM, automated sales operations, and real-time visibility over team performance. The new infrastructure reduces operational friction and creates a clear pathway for future scaling.
